Hey, hey, hey Gals! It’s that time of week again when we all start to get the thirst! You know, the one that comes on #ThirstyThursday. We’re headed into a long weekend but we’re not there quite yet.
If you plan on getting your drank on you might want to remember one thing…hydrate. We’re all for a little indulgence but hydration is key when it comes to recovery. So, if you’re anything like the chicks we know you are getting ready to let loose and party hard. Cucumber Grapefruit Water
With the refreshing qualities of cucumber and the tangy taste of grapefruit this mix makes a wonderfully refreshing yet tangy summer drink. Try it with sparkling water to add a little fizz!
Blueberry Lime Water
Blueberries are one of the healthiest fruits around. Add them to water with a bit of lime and maybe a sprig of mint and enjoy a nutritious and refreshing pick me up on a sweltering summer afternoon.
